The public Silo North website is designed as a simple static site. It does not need access to an organization's private knowledge sources.
Customer deployments
Silo North installations are designed around customer-controlled data boundaries. The exact deployment, network access, source permissions, logging and retention model should be documented for each organization before production use.

Initial conversations should describe the kinds of systems and information involved, not contain the underlying sensitive records themselves.
